Contact attoreny ASAP why/how it has happened. As he represnts you, USCIS acts upon his request to withdraw. However, he has to make such requsest only upon your written communication to withdraw the application. Therefore, find out whose mistake it is (law firm or USCIS).

Thanks for all your responses, It is clearly the attorneys fault.
- I have a letter I wrote to the attorney asking them to withdraw the representation. and the letter clearly states that.
- I have a copy of the letter the attorney sent to USCIS and this letter is clearly asking USCIS to withdraw the case.
The error is with the Attorney and it is one of the big immigration firms.
What really bothers me is that the error is not on USCIS's part but the error is of the Attorney so I am afraid that USCIS may not be too inclined to reinstate the case.
Does any one know if the client has any legal protection from errors and mistakes made by the attorneys

H1B transfer was regular transfer but my new employer used the same job code as specified in labor.
My attorney, then send the AC21 with new employer offer letter to uscis.

Do you really have to notify USCIS about you are changing employer as my lawyer told me its not required and this is one of the best lawyer, i did my H1 B trasfered before even my I 485 application may be thats why.
Would it be a problem for me if i transfered my H1 B even before i apply for I 485, as my lawyers explaination to that was as I 485 is for Future Employment and has nothing to do with the current employment.
Please do advice on this.

i think EB movement will be gradual and it will maybe move to first qtr of 2005 by the end of this year(EB2).....no way will it be C..
On one hand we have VLD Rao crunching numbers like CRAY XMP and telling that EB2 will be close to current by End of the Year . On the other hand Mapadpa now says that the movement will be slow . I am a mere mortal and i am confused to the core on what to make of it ,

I travelled to India in December via Germany. I don't have a valid visa on my passport, but they allowed me to travel to India.
While coming back we have a valid US visa. I checked at Lufthansa counters in IAD airport and they said the transit visa is not required for immediate international flights.

I TRansfered my H1 B Visa first time in the August 2006 from Company A (GC Sponsering Company) to Company B.
Everything went good.
Last year in March i did transfered my H 1 B to Compnay C from Compnay B
and i July last year i applied for my I 485, and got my EAD in Sep 2007.
Now the total 180 days have been passed am i eligible for AC21 and if yes then what are the formalities to get AC21.
Also Compnay A has told me earlier that they will revoke my I 140 but i do not have any means to know wether they did revoke or not, how do i know if they revoked my I 140 is there any way to find this out.
Your Help Will be a big Help for me

Any means of sending this would be helpful. Lets make it as easy as possible for people. For now - lets see if we can get over a 1000 people to do this.
Ideally in addition to posting your letter on www.WhiteHouse.gov/Contact, it would help if you send a letter to your Senators office as well.
Instead of sending emails, wouldn't it be better to send USPS mail or faxes?
