We have shown the CA (Chartered Accountncy) equivalent to both a US bachelor's degree and a US Masters degree with an expert opinion letter. As far as I know they have all been approved. We have detailed research and we suggest the attorney cite it in the brief as well because that makes the case even stronger than just citing it in an evaluation or expert opinion letter.

Great news. What will be greater is that not only these "students", but the people who employ them, the people who run the "university", the ones who gave accreditation to this "university" should be all loaded in a ship and dropped-off on a hitherto uninhabited island in the south pacific, with a live stream of their life made available post drop-off.

Hi, we have approved EAD and I 485 Pending.When called to find about the case they send the leter which says---
The status of the service request is: ur case is on holf becoz u appear 2 b inadmissible under the current law.Rather than denying ur application based on inadmissibilty,we r placing ur case on hold while the dept of homeland sec considers additional xcercise of the Sec of Homeland security's discretionary xemption authority.Such an xcercise of xemption might allow us to approve ur case"........................PLS ADVICE .What happend to ur case?What did ur lawyer advice.I have taken an appt. wt my lawyer but he is out of town and seems it will take sometime...

they have delayed processing time so more people will file for premium processing and they earn more money. H1b quota is not filling up and all of a sudden processing time went from 2 to 6-7 months in 1 month. Because so many people ( h1 - h4 ) might be travelling in dec - jan season. Come back in feb - march and processing time will be again 2 months.
ICPS printing problems , Delays in approving will happen even if they make premium - join me in this drive if your EAD Card approved and still waiting... we need more people... let the word spread ASAP.

GC arrival does change the life little bit. My frequent anxiety regarding various renewals like EAD, AP, H1/H4 vanished along with the tons of documentation that I have to do for those. I was struck to my current job during this process and continued the same way even after GC, but I am about change that soon. GC now provides me the ability to compete with others in the open market and provide me the confidence.

I just went to the Temple and thank God for finally receiving it during my life time!

As we are the people in no man�s land, I would suggest every one to be united to support the noble and good cause to revamp this system. I was driven away by the infighting and bickering and do not understand what benefits that is going to provide. Though I understand the pain, frustration and agony for the uncertain wait for this process, I would like to remind everyone that this is the time where we may need to be more united and welcome others instead of fighting among ourselves.
Once anyone received his greencard, please update the IV tracker too. We like to see how many members in IV are greencard holders and what is the current trend of approvals in our membership

GC arrival does change the life little bit. My frequent anxiety regarding various renewals like EAD, AP, H1/H4 vanished along with the tons of documentation that I have to do for those. I was struck to my current job during this process and continued the same way even after GC, but I am about change that soon. GC now provides me the ability to compete with others in the open market and provide me the confidence.
- What did you do on the day you received it?
I just went to the Temple and thank God for finally receiving it during my life time!
- How did the long wait upset your life?
More than me, it upsets my wife a lot. This does take a toll on her as she is confined to home and occasional voluntary services. She is now vigorously pursuing for a job in this down market and finding it difficult to compete with others, who have recent US job experience.
- How did immigrationvoice help you during this long wait?
IV helped to be better informed about various processes, procedures. This also helped me to deal with the attorneys directly by-passing the paralegals, who have little knowledge and to get the attorney�s much needed attention to my cases.

Lot of people love him. They believe him, his expressions, his anger, he manages to get the fire out of people using his rants.
If there is a media drive, I am sure other media will love to rape him and that may work against CNN and CNN will start watching things closely.
This can be just a start but I think we must target this guy - I am sure he will start turning tables and flip flop ...
Remember, America is all about law suits and every corporate makes itself immune from Lawsuit but youtube, google, internet and media is something they cannot immune themsleves from.
