6 years ago i found the project myself, he didnt do nothing, plus he didnt pay a dime for my h1s, extensions or even green card.
Check with a good attorney like Sheela Murthy or Rajiv Khanna after 6 months... Until then you really don't have any choice... I am surprised to see that you worked for this employer for last 6 years and this is the state of your relationship... Did he paid for all the legal fees or was it paid by you??

Thank you very much for the insight of my issue. Just want to inform you that my employer(who intitiated the transfer now) are the employer and the client for me. Hopefully I might not get any RFE and as you said if I get the reciept number after 14 or 15 calendar days and update the result of petition in a week or so, that would be great.

I am not sure if there is a law that requires us to stay with the GC employer after getting GC. However, many lawyers have suggested a general rule of thumb of at least 6 months after getting GC approval.
However, the rule that can be invoked to prove you have stayed with the GC sponsoring company could be the 245(i) which requires a 180 days after filing 485 application, which I believe many of us must have already abided by.....
I heard it is 6 months from many sources(no-attorney ). The rule is you should have had genuine intention of working for sponsoring employer after GC. Eg , if you switch in a week after GC, it is obvious you did not have such intention....

Also have a genuine unforseen reason due to which you need to leave your sponsoring GC employer.
Note : I am not a attorney...

If this happens, there will be some other type of insurance for the bank accounts that will be set up at that time, btw , if your money is in any of the sensitive banks it is better to move it out to more stable banks.

US Govt don't have to worry about it because we don't qualify for UnEmployment Benefits anyways.
Now thats a different story that we pay unemployment and SS taxes but we don't get any benefits out of it.....:(

There will be no issue in entering US as you got the visa stamp till Dec 1st 2007.
Visa stamp is just to allow a person to enter US. They don't care whether it is with current employer or old employer. They just need valid visa stamp and latest I-797 approval notice of same classification. I.e. if you have H1B visa stamp and you need to have only H1B approval notice. You cannot have B1 visa stamp and use H1B approval notice.
There will be no issue. As a precaution, carry all original old approval notices also.
They will give I-94 with the end date there on latest approval. Thats for sure. But just check what date he/she is putting on I-94.

Anybody out there with Self and Spouse EAD Card approved from NSC, but Self actual physical EAD card arrived but Spouse physical EAD card did not arrive at the usual time say 5 days after approval.

I ahve also heard about cards being stolen from the Kentucky facility. So, anybody out there who had to file for a replacement card for self or spouse.
"Card production ordered" is the first status that you will see and then it will change to "Approval notice sent". Tentatively, Your card will be postmarked with the date when your status changed to "Approval notice sent" and it takes upto 4 calendar days to receive the card through mail. Usually, approval notice goes to attorney on file for 765, if you have filed G28 otherwise you will receive it. Call USCIS and find out whether the card is ordered then ask for follow-up actions and decide whether to file for replacement card. There is no separate form for replacement cards - you will still be using same 765 form; I guess, same processing time applies - you may expedite by taking infopass after receiving the receipt notice for your replacement card by providing the letter from the employer. Hope this helps.

Here is my situation.My Pirority date is March 2005 and my category is EB3. My 485 and my spouse;s ( as my dependent) was filed through my compnay on July 2nd.
My spouse's company's had independently started processing is GC under EB2.His priority date is June 2007.He got his labor approved last week and is eligible for i-140 and 485 right now.
At this time, which category is most benefitial to us? EB3 from March 2005 or EB2 from July 2007?

Guys, According to following URL, it seems that all july filers should get the RN by now irrespective of the processing centers. I am 24th July filer but still did not get the RNs so far. Are other ppl also in same boat? Please let me know. I am worried now.
